Overview
SupplierFlow is a Shopify app created by Studio Sweet Apps. This policy explains what information may be handled when merchants use SupplierFlow to route order items to suppliers and collect fulfillment updates.
Information We Handle
SupplierFlow may process Shopify store information, order details, product details, customer shipping details, supplier contact details, routing rules, fulfillment statuses, tracking numbers, and related messages needed to operate the app.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to match order items to supplier rules, notify suppliers, display order status, collect tracking updates, troubleshoot app behavior, and provide merchant support.
Sharing
SupplierFlow may share relevant order and fulfillment details with the suppliers or services selected by the merchant. Studio Sweet Apps does not sell personal information.
Shopify And Third-Party Services
SupplierFlow uses Shopify APIs and may use hosting, email delivery, logging, diagnostics, analytics, or support services to provide and maintain the app. Those services process information only as needed for app operations and are governed by their own terms and policies.
Data Retention
We keep app data only as long as needed to provide SupplierFlow, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Merchants may contact us to request deletion of app data, subject to legal and operational requirements.
